The Ultimate Guide for 20-Something Skincare (Completely Cruelty-Free)

Day-Time Routine
- Kiko Pure Clean Milk & Tone: Right after waking up, cleanse the dirt and sweat from last night off the face with this. Don‘t forget your neck and decolleté.
- Lush Breath Of Fresh Air Toner: Use this with a cotton pad and some warm water. For extra toning: Spray the toner onto your face AND on the cotton pad.
- Yves Rocher Elixir Jeunes Restructuring Care SPF 20 (Day): With clean hands, apply this lightly on the face all the way down to the decolleté.
- Lavera Illuminating Eye Cream: Apply this for under eyes and on areas where you normally highlight (on the highest points of your cheek bones, nose, middle of your forehead, under and over the brows). Since this eye cream gives off a pearly effect, it is a perfect base for highlighter after.

Quick Version of Day-Time Routine
- Lush Breath Of Fresh Air Toner: Instructions as mentioned on the Day-Time Routine.
- Yves Rocher Elixir Jeunes Restructuring Care (Day): See Day-Time Routine.

6-Step Night-Time Routine
- Coconut oil: Rub around 2 tablespoons of this all over the face and neck. Don‘t forget to rub gently. For the eyes, use just a bit more oil and rub a little longer to get the mascara off, especially if it‘s waterproof. Wash the oil with a clean, damp cloth or even with a makeup-removing wipe.

- Kiko Pure Clean Eyes & Lips: In case there is any makeup left or if you used too much oil (it happens and is very uncomfortable in the eyes 😭😭😭), remove the rest with this on a wet cotton pad.
- Kiko Pure Clean Gel: After removing all makeup, it‘s time to deep clean the pores. Make sure you take your time rubbing the cleanser, especially on dirt-prone areas (T-zone, around the nose etc.). You can even use an electric cleansing brush for a really deep clean.
- Lush 1000 Millihelens Jelly Face Mask: As soon as the cleanser is washed off with warm water, the pores are still open. Use this opportunity to spread this mask aaallll over 😍😍😍 Rinse off after 20 minutes with cold water.
- Lush Breath Of Fresh Air Toner: You know by now how to use this. Otherwise check the Day-Time Routine
- Body Shop Vitamin E Serum: Apply generously on the face, neck and decoletté.
- Yves Rocher Elixir Jeunesse Night Cream or Origins Make A Difference Plus Rejuvenating Treatment: You know how to apply night cream ;) Use clean fingers!

Quick Version of Night-Time Routine

- Bebe Sensitive Skin Makeup-Removing Wipes and Kiko Pure Clean Eyes & Lips: For those nights when you’re just way too exhausted for the whole routine, use the wipes and makeup remover to quickly and efficiently remove makeup. It‘s not as effective as coconut oil etc. but it does the job. Just remember to deep-clean the face the next day to make up for it.

- Lush Breath Of Fresh Air Toner: See Day-Time Routine.

- Yves Rocher Elixir Jeunesse Night Cream: See Night-Time Routine.

Spa-Days/-Nights (1-2x a Week)
- Use this opportunity to do your hair care at the same time (link to hair care post)
- Body Shop Vitamin C Liquid Peel: This thing is the 💣💣💣. You only need 1-2 pumps of this. Rub it gently onto your face, neck and decoletté (avoid the eyes!) and watch as all the dead skin rubs off without using anything abrassive. Magic!
- Kiko Pure Clean Gel: See Night-Time Routine
- Nivea 1 Minute Urban Detox Mask: Apply a thick layer on the areas where you just applied the liquid peel. Rinse off after 2 minutes. Warning: Don‘t use this if you have sensitive skin or open cuts. It doesn‘t just tingle; it almost burns!

- Lush Just To Clarify Jelly Face Mask: Use this as you use a mask. Rinse off after 20 minutes with cold water.
- Lush Breath Of Fresh Air Toner: See Day-Time Routine.
- Coconut Oil: Use just that as your moisturizer.

For Blemished Skin
- Body Shop Vitamin C Liquid Peel: See Spa-Routine
- Lush Tea Tree Water: Use this as a toner for an extra cleanse. For an even more effective cleanse: spray onto face AND on the cotton pad.
- Body Shop Tea Tree Serum: Use generously all over the face, neck and decolleté.
- Pure Tea Tree Oil: You can get this at any drugstore or pharmacy. Use 1-2 drops on blemishes only to spot-treat.

For Extra Dry Days
- Lush Ocean Salt Peel: This peel has a lot of different oils and the natural sea salt is really good to use as a peel. Rub with your fingers on the face, neck and decoletté.
- Origins Make A Difference Plus Rejuvenating Treatment: For extra dry days, use this as a serum-like base.
- Body Shop Vitamin E Serum: Apply this over the Origins gel.
- Coconut oil: Top it all off with this as a natural night treatment.
